PROCESSING TIME Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order, then ADD the estimated delivery time below to estimate when you would receive your item. During holidays and launches or limited edition offers, the processing and delivery times may vary.
Note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind processing time during launches for overnight shipping.

When you check-out and select your country and shipping method, you will be notified of the estimated tariff and duty rates that may be imposed for which you will be responsible to pay. These are estimates and not a guarantee of exact duty and tariff rates that may be charged to you. We shall not be responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from the United States Postal Service or other shipping carrier (like FedEx or UPS) to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays or force majeure once the package has departed the U.S.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS / RETURN TO SENDER Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at support@dominique.com immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee an address update once an order has begun processing. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order, or a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees.
ORDER TRACKING Orders can be tracked with the link provided in the email confirmation we send when your order ships.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES For sanitary and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or gently used cosmetics. Returns are only accepted for new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will happily send a replacement.
