If you are not feeling completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email our customer service team at Support@dominique.com for support. Please note that all discounted items are final sale.
Return Policy
- To begin a return or exchange claim, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at Support@dominique.com
- All eligible item(s) must be returned within 14 days after your confirmed delivery date with receipt.
- Any opened or slightly used product(s) are not refundable; but can be eligible for store credit or be exchanged.
- Under certain circumstances, if you’re still requesting a refund from returned item(s) that are found to be used or opened, your return will be subjected to an 85% restocking fee from your original payment.

- Any additional shipping cost from shipping out returning item(s) are not refundable
- For a successful delivery, we also operate with Route to guarantee your shipping satisfaction. Purchasing the Route protection with your order will guarantee you protection against loss, theft, or damage.
- If any issues arise with your shipment, simply go to https://claims.route.com to begin the claim process. You will need your email address and your Route or Dominique Cosmetics order number.
Sale Items
- All sale items are FINAL SALE
- When will my order ship and how long does delivery take? After 1-2 of your order being processed, you should receive your package within 2-5 business days.
- What is your return and exchange policy? Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date with a receipt. Opened or lightly used products are not eligible for a refund, but may qualify for an exchange or store credit. In certain cases, if a refund is requested for opened or used items, an 85% restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment.
- Are sale items final sale?
Yes, all items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. - How do I choose the right shade for me?
For concealer, we recommend using our Shade Finder to find your best match. If you need additional help, feel free to email support@dominique.com and our team will be happy to assist with shade matching. - What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please reach out to customer service, support@dominique.com, and send a picture of your damaged product. We will reach back out and help you with the next steps.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 2-5 business days.
